Brenda grew up on a small farm in Northern Wisconsin where she learned the value of hard work. She moved to Florida in 1989 and started a successful career in banking. She then became a full-time wife and mother for many years where she taught her children, via example, the importance of good work ethics, being on-time and honesty.
After the last child left college, she chased a fun passion and became a Brick Specialist at the LEGO store in Orlando. Now living in Clearwater, she is looking forward to using the skills she has learned to be the best PEO Broker she can be.
Leslie was born in the suburbs of NYC but has lived in Florida for the past 30 years. Following a career in the family publishing business, she spent over 20 years as a Director of Development and Special Events for various not-for-profits in the Tampa Bay area. Joining the Siracusa Staffing and Leasing team has allowed her to embark on a new and exciting career while affording the opportunity to stay connected to the various charities that are important to her. She looks forward to bringing the skills she has learned throughout her career to building new relationships in the PEO world.
Leslie has moved to San Antonio, Texas and will continue to work with her current Florida P&C agents, while cultivating new agents in Texas as well.
While not working, Leslie spends her time with her family. Leslie has three grown children and three grandchildren.
Tammie's passion is helping P&C Agents with affordable Workers' Comp options for clients not eligible for the standard market. As an Account Manager for P&C Agents in Northern Georgia (Atlanta, Rome, Dalton, Augusta), Tammie has over 20 years of blended sales, account and project management experience. That experience, combined with industry knowledge in skilled trade, technology, telecommunication, medical staffing, hospitality, and business insurance has helped her succeed. She's known for her business ethics and client care. Using her consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills, she articulates the client’s needs, and sets and delivers expectations for an exceptional client experience.
A native Floridian, Tammie earned her AA in Business at St Pete College and continued her education at the University of South Florida. She follows her Stepfather's (Joe Battaglia) motto; “From the shoulders down, you’re worth minimum wage… but from shoulders up, you’re worth as much as you want – never stop learning!”
Tammie and her husband, Tony, live in Tampa and raise two children, Ashlyn and Anthony, and a cat named Lucy. Outside work, Tammie donates her time to her son’s Boy Scouts Troop and local communities. She also helps her husband’s 15+ year competitive Fantasy Football League including their 2017 Championship winner!
Otilia was born and raised in the Republic of Moldova (former USSR). Her educational is in semiconductors physics. Otilia has a Bachelor of Science from the State University of Moldova. In 1990, she began teaching high school physics. She later moved to Budapest, where her son Matyas Nicholas was born and she aquired two new languages in addition to Romanian, Russian and French (Hungarian and English). She worked in various industries including retail management and international relocations.
Otilia and her son moved to the US in 2002. She worked at Eckerd College from 2002 to 2005. In 2005, she embraced the world of Human Resources with a position of sales coordinator at Modern Business Associates (MBA). She has worked in operations and then in sales and marketing, acquiring a lot of experience in both, plus contract negotiations, workers’ compensation underwriting, payroll taxes, financial analysis, customer relations, talent recruitment and development.
She is a graduate of Leadership St Petersburg (LSP) Class of 2018, a former director of the Central Pinellas Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Women’s Leadership Committee, a member of the Tampa Bay Reforestation and Environmental Effort (T.R.E.E.), and a former operations director of the Booster Club for Countryside High School Football Team.
Carolyn Darcy was born and raised in the northern New Jersey suburbs of New York City. After attending Immaculate Heart Academy in Washington Twp, NJ, she received her business degree from St. Thomas Aquinas College, where she graduated with honors. After a successful early career in corporate headquarters of such companies as Donna Karen, Hertz and Pfeiffer, she married and began raising her 3 wonderful children.
Carolyn and her family have spent the last 20 years in Philadelphia, PA, Dallas, TX, and now Tampa, Fl suburbs. Carolyn is excited to be back in the work force and putting her significant business and personal skills to work as a PEO broker.

Born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois, I have migrated south, over the last 23 years, and I love living in the Sunshine State. After being in education for over 15 years, my season of life prompted me to consider a career with more flexibility and income, based on my family’s needs. While my husband works full time, it has been great to be introduced to Siracusa Staffing & Leasing at just the right time. Being a complete career shift, I am thankful for the staff here that has helped me adjust, feel comfortable and welcomed, and be entirely prepared to do the job set out before me.
I am a die-hard Chicago Cubs fan, I love fall, thrifting, coffee, CrossFit, rainy days and chasing sunsets. I have a wonderful husband of 23 years, 3 children, an amazing church family, and incredible friends. And I love spending time with all of them.
Born in Baltimore, Maryland but having lived throughout the northeast, Jenn completed her Master’s of Physical Therapy at the University of Maryland before settling down in Florida. She has practiced the past 20 years as a physical therapist. Many of those years were spent managing workers’ comp clinics and treating workers’ comp patients. She brings a unique perspective to the workers’ comp world having been on the side treating those injured on the job.
As a PEO broker she understands the value of helping business owners secure workers’ comp coverage. After taking time to raise her 3 children and support her husband’s medical career, she is very excited to put her diligent work ethic and strong customer service skills to the test at her next challenge,

In her downtime she enjoys traveling the world with her husband and teenagers. Her goal is to visit every continent.
Angela was born and raised in Winterset, Iowa (birth place of John Wayne!), attended Cedarville University in Ohio where she not only earned a Business Marketing degree, but met her amazing husband who transplanted her to the sweltering tropics of Florida!
She started her career as an Activities Director at an elite retirement center in St. Petersburg, FL. Later, she switched to banking at Citibank Tampa. She took many years off to raise four wonderful, independent children who range in age from 13-21. In the Fall of 2018 she enjoyed working on the Chris Latvala campaign. She is now super excited to get back into the professional world where she can use her degree, learn a new and intriguing business, practice fantastic customer service and nurture relationships with co-workers and clients.
When she does have some free time, she is a quality time girl who loves spending time with friends, family and co-workers. She loves tennis, running, biking, reading historical fiction and enjoying the great outdoors.
Karla was born in Alabama and raised in a small town in Georgia. Being a "Southern Belle," she grew up learning about the importance of family and hard work.
At the age of 18, she was thrilled to be able to relocate to Florida and pursue a career in office management. Moving to Clearwater in 2014, she took a few years off to devote to her family and raising strong, confident kids. Most recently, she was recruited into the PEO industry and is loving every moment of its sales aspect.
